Desribes a peer-to-peer network that connects network participants – not like usually in peer-to-peer networks – automatically but only via a special access. Mostly the access is kind of an invitation of an user who is already part of this darknet-network. Often you even have to meet defined criterias to receive an invitation. Like this the darknet shows a higher level of security and for attacking or harmful network participants it is more difficult to get access into the network.
