Gamification considers processes and parts of a company as game elements. Elements which are typical for games and which are actually only used in these games are transferred to another context or to other processes. For example, processes within a company or even parts of the company can be regarded as game elements. In addition, usability and a certain gamification factor should be taken into account during product development. After all, if the product is playful and fun, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) will also increase.

Why this is interesting for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO)?
The Digital Mindset is the basis of every digitization. In principle, the rules of the game are completely different from those in the industrial world. Chief Digital Officers (CDOs) definitely need this mindset and must distribute it throughout the organization.
