Managed Services
Constantly recurring services in the IT area, which a company (service provider, managed service provider) delivers to the customer. The type, scope, availability and quality of the services are clearly defined between the parties (Service Level Agreements). A service that the managed service provider delivers to the customer, can include for example, the deployment of applications, memory or network performance, or the securing and monitoring of IT infrastructure. The agreement between the parties also includes the response time in the event of a disruption. If the services cannot be delivered as agreed, the customer even has the right to accept only a portion of the fees. Invoicing for such managed services usually happens once a month. External links:
