Venture teams are teams or working groups consisting of people from different specialist areas. This also means that there is a wide range of specialist knowledge available. Such teams work on innovative projects that cannot be realized in the company itself. As a rule, these are new companies or spin-offs. The groups usually consist of people from the research and development area, from production, marketing and finance. The team is led by the so-called founding manager. After the project is completed, this group is dissolved again.
