Concept of having a new work tool, applying it within the company and conveying the idea of it to all parties involved. Typically this refers to software programs that are being deployed in the company for the first time. There is a need for such a concept, since employees in the digital domain often must get used to working with new tools and software, and introducing them to these new tools is efficient for the company only when the employees are able to work with them. In the Hypercare concept, therefore, a point of contact is available for a certain period of time after the tools are introduced, who is very familiar with the tools and the employees, and who can help the employees with any questions or problems they may have.
