Minimum Viable Product
A Minimum Viable Product (short: MVP) is a first development stage of a new (digital) product that meets the minimum requirements despite minimal expenditure. Customers give their feedback and thus the product can be improved.
Why this is interesting for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO)?Many topics of software development used to be purely technical. In the context of digitization, concepts and methods are now arriving in business. In the meantime, these have become the drivers of the business.
