Key indicator out of the online-marketing. It says how much per cent of active customers can still be considered as an “active customer” after a specified period of time has passed. Of course the company has to decide what kind of definition they set up for an “active customer”. Only after that the key indicator can give information, that is helpful for the company.
In general you can say that an active customer is a customer who demands for the company’s products or services regularly.”
