Smart speakers are speakers that play music wirelessly (usually via WiFi) and can be controlled by a person’s voice. Additionally, these speakers also have the built-in features of an intelligent personal assistant. Smart speakers are often used to listen to music or other audio files in local networks, but they are also frequently used to stream news, podcasts, music or similar content. The most well-known device is probably the Amazon Echo with its built-in voice assistant named "Alexa", which comes from Amazon. External links:
