The Net Promoter Score (short: NPS) is a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that measures the success of a company. The basis of the KPI is a recommendation by someone. The main question is: „How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?“

Why this is interesting for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO)?
Often you want to measure the performance of an organization or a project. KPIs are suitable for this. Since the digital world is data-driven, KPIs are very important for measuring success. That is why this is essential for Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
