Customer Relationship Management
Customer Relationship Management (short: CRM) describes the systematic design or management of customer relationships and the associated processes in the company. Both potential and existing customers are taken into account. The main task of Customer Relationship Management is to establish and maintain a connection to the customers in order to optimise the processes affecting the customer. In this way, the company can satisfy its customers and create the prerequisites for customer loyalty, which can significantly determine the economic success of the company.Why this is interesting for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO)?
